At LEO LIN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
